Here is little something I have been working on over the past two months. Although I have been showing off another VS called 'Bloom' on some other sites, this one I hid completely 'cause I thought it would be a good surprise for some of you.
 Actually inspired by a few ports of OSX themes floating around on DA, but I assure you this one is different in many ways. First, it's not a port. second, my own ideas + OSX look and feel make it (humbly) even cooler. I love the colors
some remarks:
- like most VS it seems to only work well with normal fonts
- it doesn't work well with taskswitch (the MS powertoy)
- for added OSX feel I would kill the windowsflag and change the IE icon
It is a little too luminous for long use for me but I like it.

1:Well, most people use normal fonts so umm.. I guess it's fine
2: No vs can be compatible with each and every application out there

4: Try it with a darker wallpaper to tone down the luminosity a bit
